This dwelling house was extended and fully refurbished in 2017. Deane Associates procured Planning Permission and supervised construction.

Walls existing: 50mm cavity pumped with Walltite & 62.5mm Kingspan TW52 insulated board inside
Extension Walls: 150mm cavity with 110mm Kingspan Kooltherm K8
Roof: 100mm Spray foam insulation between rafters and 62.5mm Kingspan Tw52 under
Heating: Condensing Oil Boiler in garage
Heating Controls: Underfloor heating in ground floor and aluminium radiators in first floor controlled by 7 day programmer
Hot Water: Thermodynamic solar panel and 300mm hot water cylinder
Windows & Doors: Triple glazed PVC 1.0W/m2K
